1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ocean Resort website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations and Bookings

2.1 Booking Process

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation at our discretion. Confirmation of your reservation will be sent via email to the address provided during booking.

2.2 Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our booking platform. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Standard Cancellation

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3.2 Special Rates and Packages

Special promotional rates, packages, or group bookings may have different cancellation policies. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

4. Guest Responsibilities

4.1 Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and comply with all resort policies. We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any guest who violates our policies or engages in disruptive behavior, without refund.

4.2 Damage and Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay. Additional charges may be applied to the payment method on file for damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning requirements.

4.3 Smoking Policy

Ocean Resort is 100% non-smoking indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

5.1 Limitation of Liability

Ocean Resort shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our facilities or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your reservation.

5.2 Personal Property

We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables.

5.3 Activities and Amenities

Use of resort amenities and participation in activities is at your own risk. We recommend appropriate insurance coverage for adventure activities.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

8. Force Majeure

Ocean Resort shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature, war, civil unrest, pandemic, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
