History
The Labyrinth at Ocean Resort was built upon the seven-circuit labyrinth design. This Labyrinth is 80 feet across and is constructed completely of driftwood. More than 2000 pieces, collected over a period of three months, were carefully selected from the shores of Campbell River and Oyster Bay. There is an underground stream flowing into Georgia Straight, directly beneath the labyrinth site. This underground water creates a unique and powerful energetic footprint for the Ocean Resort Labyrinth. Designed by Dennis Gray and constructed by Dennis and a team of volunteers, our labyrinth remains the only driftwood labyrinth in the world. It is available to anyone wishing to walk it. Donations are welcome.
