Fresh Start was founded in 2005 and has been operating at the Ocean Resort since 2010.
We've developed specialized programs to help you gradually and naturally improve your health. Whether you have "minor aches and pains” and just want to do a quick 5-7-day health refresher Wellness Retreat, or have more advanced Physical or Emotional symptoms/conditions and you would like to immerse yourself in a deeper healing for 14-21 Days to work on under professional guidance, we have different programs for you to choose from.

5-7 Day Health Reboot Program | General Wellness Retreats
This Program is best for general well-being and rejuvenation. It is a great fit if you have minor health issues such as managed HBP, a bit of extra weight, minor joint pain, indigestion, bloating, need some stress management and time away from your environment. In those cases, this program will be great. Those who want to change their eating routine, but do not want advanced cleansing programs such as juice fasting, love it. You'll get a lot out of the program, provided you do not have "much on your plate of health issues."
The program includes a comprehensive package of health supplements for optimal health, along with gentle cleansing and therapies (you’ll have a choice of 3 therapy packages).

7-14-21 Day GoDeeper: Individualized Advanced Healing Retreats

We are a unique and virtually the only natural health retreat in Canada that specializes in serious, comprehensive, professionally guided, safe and individualized lon-term stay healing retreats for individuals with mild to moderate health conditions. We have hosted over 245 retreats serving close to 2,500 clients since 2005.
Guests have come here to quit smoking, lose weight, shake off depression, start healing their GI from IBS, colitis and other digestive issues; deal with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue or various types of arthritis; those going through post-divorce recovery, loss of loved ones, PTSD and dealing with various other health and life challenges.
We work with each guest individually to help them reach their unique health goals. Go-Deeper Programs include Professional Assessments and Guidance, carefully developed Individualized Healing Path™, consisting of One-on-One Treatments with experienced natural health specialists and body workers, as well as Custom Healing Protocols™ formulas to help you heal at a deeper level.

In addition to individual work on your health, every day you’ll be learning how to sustain the results when back home through informative health lectures, food preparation classes, workshops and videos, as well as establishing new self-care routines through participating in hydrotherapy, guided meditations, yoga, fitness classes and nature excursions to the most beautiful places on the planet.
