You will enjoy meeting space permeated by natural light, high speed internet, audio-visual equipment, healthy slow-cooked meals, and assistance from staff, committed to meeting your retreat needs.
Our group retreat packages include accommodation, meals and the use of our facilities based on your specific requirements. A wide array of add-on services, are available for you and your participants to enhance your retreat experience.

• 40 seat ocean view dining room with a large balcony (exclusively for Ocean Resort guests)
• Other amenities including a meditation sanctuary, a fitness room and a driftwood labyrinth

Our Rates
Ocean view room: $120.00 per room plus 13% tax (minimum 6 rooms)
Courtyard: $100.00 per room plus 13% tax (minimum 6 rooms)
Suite: $165.00 per suite plus 13% tax
Group offer: For every 10 rooms booked you get the 11th for free.
Ocean Resort can be booked exclusively for your event.

Meal plan: $55.00 per day (includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and coffee/tea service during meals. 5% GST and 10% Gratuity will be added. We also cater to your individual needs.
Our focus is on healthy, wholesome, slow-cooked foods, grown and harvested from our own garden or from the local area, whenever possible.

60 people theater style, 20 to 25 for yoga or 18 massage tables
$300.00 per day plus 5% taxes

Fireplace Room - a multipurpose room

Beach Room - ideal for small or private sessions.
10 people board room style.
$150.00 per day plus 5% taxes

Other space:
Consultation room - $100.00 per day, plus 5% taxes
Treatment room - $100.00 per day, plus 5% taxes
Audio Visual: A projector and screen is available at $150.00 per day. You are welcome to bring in your own equipment. If you choose to rent our equipment please advise us in order to guarantee availability.
Coaching:
$100.00 per 1-hour session with StillPoint Coaching
Two 1-hour sessions for $150.00.
Additional coaching is available on request and can continue after the event.
Body Treatment: $100.00 per session
Infrared Sauna: $30.00 per session
Yoga Classes: $13.00 for guests
Shuttle Service: $40.00 round trip to the Comox Valley or Campbell River
