The Ocean Centre
Our unique Ocean Centre has a west coast feel with a touch of the
orient to make it interesting. It is situated on the waterfront and
offers views of Desolation Sound and the Coastal Mountains. The centre
houses the sanctuary, dining room, meeting facilities, the infrared
saunas and the fitness facility.

Ocean View Dining
For
groups, our chef offers a selection of healthy food choices as part of
our breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. You will experience a variety
of healthy creations that will tempt your palate and promote optimum
health. For individuals, there are two restaurants that are within
walking distance of the resort, please inquire with the front desk for
details.
Meeting Rooms
Our meeting rooms,
the Fireplace Room, Ocean Room and the Beach Room, are the perfect
setting for your spiritual or wellness workshop. Ideal for yoga or Tai
Chi, these rooms will also comfortably sit up to 70 people theatre
style.
The Infrared Sauna
The Far Infrared Sauna has multiple health benefits including
detoxification, relaxation, and improved circulation and pain relief.

The Steam Room
Our state-of-the-art steam room is a lovely alternative to the infrared
